cHARLOTTE sAN jUAN is an irresponsible dreamer whose writings have mostly been reduced to aimless social media fodder (paid and unpaid), and unpublishable private literature that would make everyone in her life immediately dissatisfied–especially given the fact that they have no consent over how their likenesses are portrayed.
She continues to disappear over the years. Her Facebook page is a wasteland of memories. Her abandoned Corolla is sitting dead in her parents’ driveway, its interior preserving the musky scent and crushed rose petals of 2011.
She is an old fool who keeps an obscene journal on all of her ex-lovers, real and imagined, (James Joyce would be delighted) that she hopes to publish in the next 40 years under the pen-name “Martha Clifford.”
She currently resides in Shanghai, China.
